At Clearance Auto Parts, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. All items sold on AOMSNW.com follow the policy outlined below.

About Our Aged & Overstock Inventory

Clearance Auto Parts features aged or overstock inventory offered at discounted prices. While packaging may arrive worn, dirty, or damaged, the products themselves are new and unused unless stated otherwise.
These items include manufacturer warranty only. We do not offer warranty refunds or exchanges for aged inventory.


30‑Day Return Period

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
  • Aged inventory with worn packaging still qualifies for return as long as the product is unused.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Installed or used parts
  • Electrical components that have been opened or plugged in
  • Items labeled “Final Sale”
  • Incorrect parts ordered by the customer

How to Start a Return

Email support@clearanceap.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos (required for damaged or incorrect items)

Our support team will send your RMA number and return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer‑initiated returns (wrong part ordered, wrong size, changed mind) → Customer pays return shipping
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items → We cover return shipping

Refund Method

Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Your bank may take 3–10 business days to release the funds.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos, and we’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
